  • - What do you think about this? see, and tell us now.
  • - Hey Marc how we can recongnise if ON's gold standard whey 100 % is original one or a fake one? I hear rumors that there is many copies of that protein powder out there because is best seller and PP of the years 2004,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12. I find it in one store 69 euro/ 5 lbs and in another store 55 euro/ 5 lbs. Please give me a tip to how i can recongnise the original from the fake ON's product man. I want to buy it but im afraid of the copies.
  • - Is this a good supplement for bulking up and Gaining substantial amount of muscle??
  • - hey marc do you recomend people that are trying to lose weight to get whey and creatine? p.s. im trying to lose about 10-15 more pounds and i need to tone and build
  • - marc my friend spends like £50 on 1 tub of protein and it lasts round a month i keep telling him to swich to a cheaper brand but he is obsessed with what he reads on the tub and thinks its gunna make him transform over night .... but truth is all protein powders are the same right ? i mean protein is protein ! ? ! ?
  • - Agreed. I don't care if it tastes dull. All this bitching or fretting about " great taste " bores me. As long as it doesn't taste bad. We're all gym users only interested in one important thing: SUCCESS.
  • - 2:52 Acesulfam K is OK to take? Yeah right. I was going to buy this until I saw it on the ingredients list. Why do most protein concentrates have that kind of crap in them? What about stevia as a sweetener? What about NOTHING? I can buy my own sweet stuff to add to my shake if I can't take the raw taste. Going to keep on looking I guess.
  • - How did you get on? I'm your height, a young 44 sick of cigarettes and alcahol. I was 215 lb this year, today, 3 months on, 191. I diet and lose about 3 kg a month. I want to be 80 kg of lean muscle. Like a middleweight or light heavy. I've just started on these supplements. I'm at the gym 4 times weekly.
  • - dont even need to listen to this! just stick to that MTS Machine Whey!
  • - Yes!
  • - i love this proteinpowder! i used it nearly everyday, but now I have a gainer....it was reccommended for me since I have a hard time getting more cals! and i need to gain weight. my diet is in check of course!
  • - What is your take on whey protein making guts bloat and makes you fatter. I heard that hemp protein is way more healthier. I've used whey for two years and did experience that with Syntha 6. But then I switched to ON 100% Whey Gold and later on to Universal Ultra Whey Pro which I'm currently using and did not experience bloating or more fat gain.
  • - What's your opinion on Lean Supreme? When i went to the supplement store, the guy was trying his ass of to sell it to me. It was cheaper than the 1 i was going to buy
  • - What brand? And he was probably getting commission on it
  • - Whey is simply FOOD and creatine helps you build lean mass and lose fat so YES! Also, muscle doesn't "tone", it either grows or goes away. :)
  • - Hello i need advice . Can you please help me. I m 26 yr male height 5 ft 11 inch and weight 85 KG. I wan to reduce my weight to 75 KG. And I dont want to become bulky.# I do cardio reguraraly in my gym. Little bit weight lifting. I want a lean body. My question is that should I include whey protein in my diet?. If yes how much and how should I take it? please help me peace :)
  • - I agree love ON.
  • - Because it IS safe and proven so in studies. As for Stevia, it has been shown in multiple studie to effect hormone levels and lower testosterone.
  • - could you compare this with the Twinlab pls?
  • - best protein supp ever made :D
  • - The brand was NZ Nutraceuticals or some shit
  • - LOL, calories cause fat gain, not whey
  • - can i use whey protein to lose fat and gain muscle..... of course by eating less . . i dont want to have a big chest a only want to have definition body...
  • - You should be fine, its just whey.
  • - if im using this do i still need an amino supplement
  • - To be honest, I would go with my brand, MTS Nutrition Whey
  • - im 17 can i use this
  • - Nope, you are incorrect. The quality and truth to label varies VERY dramatically.
  • - I have no idea
  • - I think its nearly impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Eating less will cause you to lose weight. Whey protein is just protein, like chicken breast, beef, turkey. The only difference is that whey protein digests faster.
  • - well i took this and got only slightly better results than walmart protein ill stick to my body fortresstilli get more money
  • - It's protein guys it doesn't matter what age you are
  • - @mahesh24chahyal It is your overall diet and training that will dictate results, not a supplement. Whey protein is a FOOD and will help you get lean protein in your diet. You can also take it pre or post workout. For diet advise, go to google and search "machine training solutions marc lobliner" and that will be my training system. There is no advise I can give you as calorie and protein intake is highly dependent on the individual. --Marc Lobliner
