- what's special about a tree?
- okay, yes, meditation, but not as well, and often as i should....okay bout how you got there, my eyes was crossing this morning, i finally fell to a slumber, i know you must cringe with my mad skills, ---im gonna catch up with you later, bout the one meditation you spoke of "the cross eyes" im already good at that after a couple of days...lol..and your comment back, "thats very kind" when i say your sweet, or a good man, im not being kind, im speaking a truth...ok, have a good evening my friend

- My intention isn't to stump anyone 8) I'm just sharing what I believe to be a simpler truth, that's all. I find that writing like this, to a specific audience and non-stop is the most stimulating and exciting thing I've encountered...it makes me happy. What do you love to do?
- I have back pain, too. When you're young, in perfect health it's difficult to understand chronic pain. I appreciate this virtual community where I can be present and express myself without having to worry about hurting or wearing out. Some gatherings are simply too exhausting.

- Haha, I like that tree, I visit it daily...Ramses loves peeing on it. That moss, simple organism, communicates and moves as a whole...so intelligent, so efficient...soon the mushrooms will start popping up all over...had a dream that one broke pavement. How you doing? 8)

- all safe after yesterday goodson? What a gorgeous sunny day today (Sat.).
- It's an altered state of consciousness, we control the combustion and the chemical release and choose our responses all the time, that's all life is is breathing and choosing to tighten or relax, eb or flow, etc. So a new paradigm requires a new breath, that's all. Nothing else has to happen, we just have to stop suffocating ourselves 8)

- Good morning from rainy north Florida. A happy bird is outside my window. I love this tree. It looks like it has green socks and brown leather toes. ; ) This is an easier way to start the day than S0 today because my head hurts. Thankfully, this too shall pass. I tried to get a Fulbright to Graz long ago to study with a famous pianist, Hans Leygraf. Nien (? i-e, i-e, oder e-i, e-i, oh. And on that farm he had a tree...) hahaha Thank you for another charming, calming window on the world.
