- Do you need keys to open the box if your premium?
- Honestly I like this game and all but these lockboxes are just a slap to the face to me. I really dont want to pay just to get a key only to get an item thats useless to me or not what Im looking for. I have four of these and I cannot open them, I wish there was a way to get a key in some sort of insane mission or instead of the box perishing in 30 days why not just have it open within those 30 days? I mean its not like the lockboxes are the only pay wall in this game anyways.

- I WANT PROMETHIUYM BOXES THERE IS A WAY TO PAY AND GET PROMETHIUM BOXES OR SOMETHING? OR A ON DUTY WHERE HAVE A BETTER CHANCE TO DROP? someboody know? someboody can help me?
- You get free unlimited keys if you have membership (legendary)
- Not to say you are completely wrong but when you open the box and it gives you gear its not always for your role have a tank and I opened s box and got a controller ring.

- Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with your roles. I have opened so many boxes that other roles.
- So many boxes like that dropped to me but i didn't know they was for that.So you must wait one month to unlock it or get a key?
- You dont, its totaly random..... unless youre F2P level, been told they a different drop rate, still no promises from Devs on that though. =\ just think of it as a in game /roll with a target of getting 100 twice in a roll. ^^;
- Is it random or is there a way to get them fast?

- I think they changed something about the keys, I think you get 10 or 9 when you create a new hero.

- Do you think u should go legendary before lvl 30? or should i wait till lvl 30 before i go legendary? Someone please advise :)
- Not sure if I understood right, sorry in advance. For a legendary, its just a right click on the box, confim, ??? profit in all its random goodness. ^^b Legendary level do not need any keys.

- I havent recieved any lockbox since 4 days straight wow-.- aura is easy to land to cus ive been seeing level20s with them and me not even one aura already got t4 armor unbelievable anyway how to fix this problem?
- if one plans to get a one month sub, and opens the boxes they've obtained; when the subscription ends, do the items you open from the boxes get locked like how the dlc would be locked? thanks!
