- Saw headache complaints all across my Facebook, I did a few yoga pose and held them and it went away. Slept well, left the window open and woke up...a bit sick...haha. Saw that Texas plant explosions, these things always make me wonder. I taught english at a manufacture here & on the days of Geo-magnetic storms they'd have the main grid shut off & diesel generators running, there'd be very little power in the factory on those days, same businesses who say this stuff is 'esoteric,' all games 8)

- Sitting, waiting for helioviewer to update and writing notes for a video. I love the rooftops, looking out the window gives me so much inspiration. Watching the sunsets has a profound effect on well being, such a great view helps tremendously. Have a headache, made the mistake of arguing with trolls. Peace 8)

- Not saying there's a geo-magnetic storm that caused that one, but it's not the intensity but the disruption of the pattern that matters, the breaking of Earth-facing quiet and the fact that what TUK reported on what NASA dubbed...'Fireball Season' or ball lightning, plasma from space...like Star0 talks about. Just a thought, who knows...Peace 8)

- The time I gave is for UTC, the time of the eruption is 17:20:00 UTC and what you described around 18:30 is interesting, I don't know I guess that angle didn't capture the whole eruption? It happens, see it all the time. But that eruption was rare, broke a long pattern of Earth-facing quiet, and from Earth's magnetic footprint...the Sun had dead eye aim on that one, peace 8) Glad you check it out!

- But what I can't see is on helioviewerDOTorg/ On the Left you should first click on the Green Time Link beneath Images: AIA. Once you pull down that menu, click on Measurement and choose '304' Next: In the 'Time' field copy and paste 17:15:01 and go forward in 5 or 15 minute increments. Look from Observatory SDO and look at Sunspot 1719, the bright one in the top right by the Earth's magnetic footprint. As you move forward in time you'll notice that Sunspot unleash an Earth bound eruption 8)
