  • - I wish that Martin would put glossed headstocks on these if they're really emphasizing the vintage styling. I know they'd like to stick with satin necks for cost saving purposes and for playability purposes, but the satin headstock just looks unfinished to me. Great sounding, but that one thing has always bugged me about new Martins.
  • - I have this guitar and I love it. Just know though -- it's naturally a quieter guitar, being a 000. If you can deal with that and the pronounced V-neck, you'll have a keeper. It's an acquired taste. I love my Golden Era. Great for fingerpicking and for strumming.
